Does Geography Matter? The European Council torn (or divided) by North and South, East and West
Europe is often claimed to be a divided continent. Is geography the main factor behind these divisions and in which sense? How is geography related to other issues? And how does this connect to the work of the European Council?
These questions were discussed by a group of prominent experts in a webinar organized by the University of Cologne and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
