How to Progress Ukraine’s Western Integration as a Prelude to Accession to the EU and NATO

As the European Union (EU) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and their member states become increasingly absorbed by internal challenges,  Ukraine needs to seek new paths to increase security, resilience and growth before its accession to the West’s two major multilateral organizations.
