What is the current direction of Russia’s energy policy? What are the prospects for Nord Steam II and Russia’s energy relations with Europe?
Since the beginning of this century, Russian energy policy in the oil and gas sector has been clearly articulated. As the market is changing, with increasing global competition and low prices of gas and oil, Russian energy policy will be key to the country's econonic development and relations with the outside world. The focus of the seminar was the economical, legal and political perspectives of Russia's energy policy.
