Victoria is a journalist and economist with a focus on development economics. She has written extensively on development issues over the last sixteen years and also does seminars and lectures, particularly on the new Sustainable Development Goals, Agenda 2030. She is associated co-worker to the programme Global Politics and Security.
Victoria holds an MSc in international economics from University of Gothenburg and has also studied master courses in economics and international relations at Boston University. She holds a journalism degree and teaches journalistic writing, for example at Södertörns Högskola.
She has a background as an editor-in-chief, managing editor, business editor and reporter at several well known Swedish business and development publications.
