Markus Hietanen is an intern at the Swedish National China Centre.
Markus has bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Development Studies from Uppsala University, where he has also taken courses in the Chinese language. He is currently enrolled in Uppsala University’s Master’s Program in Political Science. Markus previously interned at the Stockholm China Center at the Institute of Security and Development Policy (ISDP).
