Clara Sandgren is Department Coordinator and Research Assistant at The Arctic and High North Programme
Clara holds a double master's degree in Central and Eastern European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies from University of Glasgow, University of Tartu, and Jagiellonian University, and a master’s degree in Slavic languages from Uppsala University. She has previously worked at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) at UI.
